A Beautiful Smile -

Donna Marie (Allabaugh) Henry, age 63, of Mechanicsburg, and formerly of Wilkes Barre, died at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.  Donna was born on Wednesday, March 9, 1960, in Wilkes Barre to Patricia Gilroy (Gilroy) Allabaugh and the late Loring William Allabaugh.  In addition to her father, Donna is preceded in death by her brother, William Allabaugh.

Donna’s survivors include her husband of 37 years, Samuel “Sam” Charles Henry; her daughter: Anna-Nickole Henry of Mechanicsburg; her mother, Patricia Gilroy (Gilroy) Allabaugh of Mechanicsburg; and her beloved canine companions: Yumi.

Donna graduated from Elmer L. Myers’s Jr./Sr. High School and studied at Central Penn College working towards her certification as a medical assistant.  She worked for several doctor’s offices over the years as a Medical Assistant.  Donna was a loving mom, wife and friend who was always there when you needed her.  She was a sassy lady with a wicked sense of humor. Donna loved listening to her favorite artist Elton John, eating pizza and pasta, and enjoyed going to beaches on the Jersey Shore. She was an animal lover who loved her horses and her pet dogs: Yumi and Patches. Donna will always be remembered for her beautiful smile.

Donna’s family will be celebrating her life privately with Celebrant George A. Spangler officiating.  Burial in Mechanicsburg Cemetery will be at the family’s convenience.
