Elsa Juana Briones

Elsa Juana (Mora) Briones, age 77, of Harrisburg, died on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Elsa was born on Thursday, February 17, 1949, in Ecuador to the late Manuel Briones and Albina (Mora) Briones. In addition to her parents, Elsa is preceded in death by her three siblings: Alejanbro Briones, Elisabeth Briones, and Miriam Briones.

Elsa’s survivors include her three children: Jose Enrique Rivera Briones, Monica Jacome Briones, and Sandy Jacome Briones, all of Ecuador; her five grandchildren; her four sisters: Denise Caputo of Hershey, Fanny Geraci of FL, Cotty Briones of Canada, and Barbara Briones of FL.

Elsa’s family will be celebrating her life privately at the family’s convenience. Cremation was private.
