Linda Kay (Wrightstone) Minnich, age 79, of Mechanicsburg, died on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Linda was born on Saturday, March 8, 1947, in Harrisburg to the late Clyde Edwin Wrightstone and Hazel Irene (Moyer) Wrightstone.
Linda’s survivors include her two sons: Brandon Minnich and his wife Casey of Mechanicsburg, Shawn Minnich and his wife Rachel of Mechanicsburg; her six grandchildren: Taylor, Bailey, Camryn, Ryann, Carson, Cooper; her sister: Sue Witters and her husband Tom of Mechanicsburg; her niece and nephew: Brett Witters and his wife Janelle, and Christi Catalano-Strickler and her husband Robert; and her grandniece and grandnephew: Connor and Gracyn.
Linda graduated from Mechanicsburg Area High School as part of the class of 1965 and went on to obtain a two-year degree in medical administration. She was a lifelong member of Grace United Methodist Church. Linda loved going to the beach, especially with family. She stayed at various houses on 80th street in Sea Isle City, NJ, where she could tan on the sand and jump waves with the grandkids. Linda would stay out all day, only going back to the house for a sandwich and maybe to put a few pieces in the puzzle that was always on the table. She had her sentimental side and enjoyed romance novels, as well as Hallmark and Lifetime movies. Linda was a doting grandmother who never missed a game. She saw every cheer performance and tackle. Linda will be dearly missed by those who are fortunate enough to have known her.
