Lynda Lee (Kilgore) Kondratovicz

It is with great sadness we announce that Lynda Lee Kondratovicz 81, of Carlisle passed away Monday, September 14, 2026.

Lynda Lee Kilgore was born in 1945 to Minnie and James Kilgore. She was happily married to William Thomas Kondratovicz on February 12, 1977. She loved him so much.

Lynda worked with her husband Bill as a certified nursing assistant for Cumberland Crossings Nursing home and Chapel Pointe Nursing home. She was also a caregiver for Synergy Homecare. She was of the Lutheran faith and enjoyed doing daily devotionals. She is remembered most for her humble nature and ability to lift your spirit when you were down. My grandma liked to keep to herself most of the time and play games, do puzzles, watch science fiction movies, read books, and journal. She was always there to talk when you needed her and would lift your spirits with a good memory or funny joke. She had a brilliant mind and was always coming up with a unique solution to any problem. The most important thing she taught me was to always say "I love you" before you leave someone and never wish bad upon anyone else.

She is survived by her Sister Kathleen Kenney; Her children Ryan Haggerty, Tammy Haggerty, and Kelly Haggerty; and her grandchildren Mason Haggerty, Nicole Kovacs Hood, Brittany Kennedy, Logan Haggerty, Lauren Kocher, and Larissa Lamotta. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Jayden, Hunter, Hailey, Addison, Willow W, Sawyer, Willow H and other loving family members.

Gone before her are her parents Minnie and James Kilgore, husband William Kondratovicz, brother Jim Kilgore, daughters in law Beverly Space and Patty Haggerty. We feel at peace knowing she is in heaven with them and Ginger the dog, of course.

All are welcome to join Lynda’s family at her celebration of life open house and gathering of family and friends on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a time of remembrance at 2:30 p.m. at Buhrig’s Gathering Place, 25 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, (717) 766-3421 (next to Buhrig Funeral & Cremation); with Celebrant George A. Spangler officiating. Over 100 parking spaces are available; just look for the “Buhrig” parking signs in all of the parking lots. Cremation was private. Friends and family are welcome to come and share stories, laughter, and love in remembrance.
