Loving and Caring Mother -
Lynn Ann (Zobel) Lees, age 58, of Mechanicsburg , and formerly of Philadelphia , died at home on Monday, February 16, 2015. Lynn was born on Saturday, October 20, 1956, in Philadelphia, to the late Charles Eugene Zobel Jr. and Martha Theresa (Cordts) Zobel.
Lynn’s survivors include her son, Charles “Chuck” Thomas Lees and his wife, Stephanie, of Mechanicsburg; her siblings: Glen Allan Zobel and his wife, Chris, of Southampton, Terri McIlheney of New Jersey; and several nieces and nephews.
Lynn graduated from William Tennent High School in Warminster, PA as part of the class of 1976. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Philadelphia for many years. When Lynn was feeling well enough, she was a very active woman who cooked and cleaned very often. She loved horses, wolves, deer, and the color purple. She was a fan of the WWE; with Edge being her favorite wrestler. Lynn was a very sweet woman who loved and cared deeply for her family. She would give what money she had left to them, especially to her son and daughter-in-law.
All are welcome to join Lynn’s family at her service on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at 3:30 p.m. at Myers - Buhrig Funeral Home and Crematory , 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; with Celebrant George Spangler officiating. Cremation was private.
