Robert "Bob" Michael Meckley

Robert “Bob” Michael Meckley, age 58, of Harrisburg died on Monday, September 25, 2023.  Bob was born on Friday, October 16, 1964, in Mechanicsburg to Edward Michael Meckley.  Bob is preceded in death by his step mother: Anne Christine (Koons) Meckley.

Bob’s survivors include his father: Edward Michael Meckley of Mechanicsburg; his half-brother: Timothy “Tim” Edward Meckley and his wife, Teresa, of West Chester; and his nephew: Jaxon Meckley of West Chester.

Bob graduated from Mechanicsburg High School; and was employed by IBM as a contractor, working for years as a computer programmer.  Bob was an excellent baker, and his family will fondly remember the delicious bread that he shared with them.  He will be dearly missed.

Bob’s family will be celebrating his life privately.  Interment in Mechanicsburg Cemetery will be at the family’s convenience.  Cremation was private.
