Thomas “Tom” Lawrence Zuvich

Thomas “Tom” Lawrence Zuvich, age 87, of Shiremanstown, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022.  Tom was born on Wednesday, January 2, 1935, in Steelton to the late Louis Zuvich and Caroline (Cunjak) Zuvich.

Tom’s survivors include his wife of 65 years, Laura (Rishar) Zuvich; his two sons: Thomas Zuvich, Jr. and Larry Zuvich; his daughter, Cindy Panozzo and her husband, Tom; his two grandsons: Aaron Zuvich and Matt Zuvich and his wife, Ashlee; his granddaughter, Alicia Claypool and her husband, Chad; his three great grandchildren: Liam, Ariana and Collin; and many nieces and nephews from both the Zuvich and Rishar families.

All are welcome to join Tom’s family at his gathering of family and friends on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Buhrig Funeral Home & Crematory, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055; procession to Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Mechanicsburg will begin forming at 11:30 a.m.  A graveside committal service and burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Mechanicsburg starting at 12:00 p.m.  Tom’s family invites everyone to join them for a time of food and fellowship at Buhrig’s Gathering Place (next to the funeral home) immediately following the graveside service.
