Wendy Lee (Rice) Kauffman

Wendy Lee (Rice) Kauffman, age 72, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023.  Wendy was born on Saturday, December 23, 1950, in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Charles Harrison Rice and Mary Louise (Scovell) Rice.

Wendy’s survivors include her brother, Gary Rice and his wife, Linda, of Connecticut; her sister, Darlene Rice and her husband, Dean Soucy, of Connecticut; her three nieces: Brittany Davis and her husband, Brett; Sarah Lamb; Alison Rice; her two nephews, Mason and James Rice; many great-nieces and great-nephews; her two beloved feline companions, Lola and Jolene; and numerous friends that she made along the way.

Wendy’s family will be remembering her life privately.  Cremation was private.

The family sends their most heartfelt thanks to Sue, Herb and Ali for being Wendy’s best friends and for always being there for her.
