William “Bill” Malcolm Price, Jr.

William “Bill” Malcolm Price, Jr., 67, of Harrisburg and formerly of Johnstown died at Holy Spirit Hospital on Sunday, April 1, 2012.  He was born in Johnstown on Wednesday, February 14, 1945 son of the late William M. and Alice (Kushinski) Price.  Bill was the husband of Julia A. (Kot) Price who he married on December 10, 1997.

Bill was the owner and operator of Bill's Lunch Box which was located in the Health and Welfare Building in Harrisburg.

Bill’s survivors include his loving wife of 14 years: Julia A. Price; two sons: William R. Price of South Carolina, Ken W. Price of Pennsylvania; his daughter: Tammy L. Price of Texas; one step-son; one step-daughter; one grandson; two granddaughters; one brother; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation and memorial services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
