Yong Hui (Yu) Flood

Yong Hui (Yu) Flood, age 78, of Mechanicsburg, died at home on Monday, June 17, 2024. Yong was born on Sunday, March 24, 1946 in Seoul, Korea. Yong was the widow of Daniel “Dan” Charles Flood, Jr., whom she married on June 11, 1982, and who died on October 27, 2018. 

Yong’s survivors include her four step-daughters: Lori Ann Flood, Roseann Marie Flood, Dianna Rose Nicholes, Tina Marie Flood; her sister-in-law: Susan Vacca; her good friends: Cynthia Bump and her husband Milo; Hyon Halko; and Sun Choe. 

All are welcome to join Yong’s family at her Gathering of Family and Friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Service at 11:00 a.m. at Buhrig Funeral & Cremation, 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Yong’s family invites everyone to join them for a time of food and fellowship at Buhrig’s Gathering Place (next to the funeral home) immediately following the Service.
